Terry has been Broker/Owner of CENTURY 21 Hayes Realty since 1993 and merged with Heartland Real Estate in 2006 to form CENTURY 21 Hayes-Heartland, the number 1 firm in Fairfield per MLS data in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Along with co-owner Sallie Hayes, we have 10 Broker and Sales Associates at the firm and strive to serve our customers with the best possible service. Our goal is to help people make good decisions.
Terry and Sallie have 2 children, Derek and Kirsten. The entire family is very involved in supporting community activities, the Fairfield Friends Church and the extended families. Terry is an active Hot Air Balloon pilot with a commercial rating who has taken up over 900 passengers since 1992.
