Patti Hamilton has been in the real estate business for nearly 18 years and most of them have been in Fairfield, Iowa. She moved to Fairfield in 1979 and began her real estate career in 1990 at Ford & Co. In 1995 she became a partner in Heartland Real Estate and became sole owner in 1998.
2006 brought additional exciting changes when Heartland merged with C21 Hayes to become C21 Hayes-Heartland. Since the merger the company has seen incredible growth and placed the company in the top of Fairfield's Real Estate market.
As a former Broker and now as an Associate Broker, her experience in real estate is far reaching and diverse. Patti was the highest volume producing agent in the Fairfield area in 2006, a direct result of her professionalism and attention to detail. Patti was awarded the CENTURION® Producer Award in 2006. She has also completed the Certified Buyers Representative course. She has a dedicated list of returning clients and a strong referral network due to the exemplary customer service she provides.
Patti has extensive experience in buying and selling homes in this Southeast Iowa town. Although she specializes in higher end properties, her clients are from every walk of life.
She is a member of Rotary International and serves on the Board of the Fairfield Iowa Convention & Visitors Bureau.
